Tuna White Bean Pasta
A soft tuna white bean pasta for babies that adds protein, iron, and texture without heavy salt.
Ingredients
- 80g small pasta
- 1/2 tin tuna in spring water, drained
- 4 tbsp white beans, rinsed
- 2 tbsp passata
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta until very soft.
- Mash white beans with passata and olive oil.
- Flake tuna finely and stir into the sauce.
- Mix with pasta and add cooking water to loosen.
- Cool to a safe temperature before serving.

6 months
Mash pasta and sauce, or offer very soft large pasta shapes.
9 months
Serve small soft pasta pieces.
12 months
Serve as a family pasta with extra vegetables.
