Tuna White Bean Pasta

A soft tuna white bean pasta for babies that adds protein, iron, and texture without heavy salt.

Ingredients

  • 80g small pasta
  • 1/2 tin tuna in spring water, drained
  • 4 tbsp white beans, rinsed
  • 2 tbsp passata
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until very soft.
  2. Mash white beans with passata and olive oil.
  3. Flake tuna finely and stir into the sauce.
  4. Mix with pasta and add cooking water to loosen.
  5. Cool to a safe temperature before serving.
