Salmon Sweet Potato Fishcakes

Soft salmon and sweet potato fishcakes for babies, with omega-3 rich fish in an easy BLW shape.

Ingredients

  • 1 small cooked sweet potato
  • 120g cooked salmon flakes
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Mash sweet potato in a bowl.
  2. Fold in salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, and parsley.
  3. Shape into small patties.
  4. Bake at 190C for 10 to 12 minutes until set.
  5. Cool and check carefully for bones before serving.
