Broccoli Cheese Egg Muffins

Mini egg muffins with broccoli and cheese for baby breakfasts, lunches, and freezer meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped cooked broccoli
  • 2 tbsp grated cheddar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs with milk.
  2. Stir in broccoli, cheddar, and pepper.
  3. Pour into a greased mini muffin tray.
  4. Bake at 180C for 12 to 15 minutes until set.
  5. Cool and slice for baby.
